Ms Shane is the best ! I had an outstanding experience working with Ms. Shane during my rental process. She was truly one of the best representatives I’ve ever worked with. From beginning to end, she made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. Ms. Shane stayed in consistent communication with me throughout the process, always responding quickly to my questions and making sure I clearly understood each step along the way. What stood out the most was her professionalism, patience, and knowledge. She took the time to explain the rental process thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed before making decisions. She was also very patient and supportive, always willing to listen to my concerns and never making me feel rushed. On top of that, she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and that the process moved smoothly.
