We dealt with Shane to establish a new rental after moving from California to North Carolina. She was great in guiding us through the process. We had a ton of questions but she was patient and easily accessible. She was also reasonably timely with our inquiries. Most of all, in this day and age, it was wonderful working with a real person instead of AI.

We had a bit of trouble with our previous management company and Carolina Property Management took over the management of 3 properties we own in North Carolina a couple years ago. They reviewed our properties thoroughly , established good relationships with the current tenants, and since have kept all tenants in place with lease extensions along with thorough analysis of our properties on a regular basis. They have been fantastic to work with and we appreciate all they do!
