Dealing with this property management company has been a game changer! Ray and Shane have been responsive and helpful every step of the way and that was just to view an apartment. Ray literally stayed on the phone with me as I walked through entrance and ensured I had all the details I needed to conclude the showing! Shane answered every question I had about the application process which was very easy btw and straightforward. I’ve never dealt with such a responsive and caring team before! Pleasure to work with!

Let me explain my rating. The lady I worked with Shane was responsive and professional. I relocated from another state. My close friend toured the home for me and provided a video. The house was very dirty as if the prior occupant moved without cleaning. The carpet was and still is torn, chipped paint on the corners, nothing had been cleaned. I was told it would be professionally cleaned which I assumed that meant the carpet. A hole exposing the toilet supply line where critters like to hide. It was cleaned somewhat but not professionally before I moved in. My lease states when I leave I have to do a list of things or be charged. Deep clean by a professional carpet cleaner is one. I'm not happy that I had to thoroughly clean the house wash walls etc. But I am angry and disappointed that I have to pay to get carpet deep cleaned. I have 11 mos on my lease. I will definitely not have carpet cleaned.
