Unfortunately my experience with Nancy Braun as the selling agent was disappointing. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and important details were either delayed or not addressed at all. This made the transaction more stressful than it needed to be. I had higher expectations for the level of service and professionalism during such a significant purchase. I hope future clients have a better experience.

The way I would describe Camille's approach to onboarding new real estate agents is great! She would always keep a flexible schedule so you know when and where training is and making you’re able to attend, with reminders so you won’t forget. She sets up everything for you, all you need is your effort and attention. Very effective was Camille in addressing any questions or concerns I had during the onboarding process. A lot of information to go through but she is there every step of the way, with things you might of forgot and reminders on the next steps. I loved having Camille as my onboarding trainer, helping me fit right in with Showcase Realty.

Bella has been taking great care of me! Attentive service, quick turnaround for meetings and information. A great way to start the homebuying process.

Communication skills are lacking, does not respond in a timely manner, which can be frustrating when you are in the south and customer service is suppose to be great!

Highly responsive through the booking and stay.

Save yourself a lot of time and a $60 non-refundable application fee and find a rental elsewhere...I've lived in a dozen different properties across the country and have never dealt with a more unprofessional and shady business. I submitted an application for a home and I was told everything was fine with the app they just needed to finalize a few things. Then I start getting random text messages from an anonymous number telling me the price had gone up. I was confused because I had confirmed both on two different websites and in person what the price was. They told me I either pay the higher monthly rate or they will cancel my application. I thought this could not be true or maybe was a scam so I reached out to the manager, Nancy who told me that it was a mistake and they would rent me the property at the agreed rate. She also told me point blank I was first in the queue for the property as soon as my application was complete. Then a few days later out of the blue I get an email telling me the property had been rented to someone else. They claimed my application was rejected because my previous landlord didn't respond to their rental check. I know this is false because I spoke to my landlord who told me he responded to their request days before. I was given no opportunity to correct anything, just out of the nowhere told they rented to someone else. To add insult to injury they won't even refund me the $60 application fee...

We truly enjoyed our stay and the professionalism displayed throughout our transaction and stay. Hats off to Nancy Braun and her Team for making our trip a success. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The guest house was so nice and comfortable, exactly as depicted in the listing. Furthermore, Nancy is extremely communicative and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. If I find myself in Charlotte again soon, I will go to Nancy first. 10/10!!!

It was ok. I didn't find what I was looking for. UPDATE: THIS Property OWNER, asked me to remove my statement, because she feels I didn't know what website I went under. Well I can't remove my statement. I know exactly what website I went under. I stand by my statement, if I am in search of a rental and that company doesn't have anything available, that I am in search of that fits the my criteria then that is what my statement will be.

They couldn’t be more professional!! They go above and beyond!!!

I have never had such a poor experience with a rental company in my life. I was extremely shocked with the lack of professionalism and lack of urgency for a potential client. Myself and another applied for one of their properties with a realtor who took the steps to ensure no other applications were already ahead of us for this space. The property manager assured her there was not and we continued in filling out the application and paying the fee. Happy to do so as we were extremely interested in this property. After filling out the application we did not hear back and continued to call and leave messages which were never returned. A few times we touched based with the sectary who assured us they would be in contact with no avail. After over 7 phone calls with no help we were getting quite irritated as I work in the hospitably industry and know the importance of getting back with potential clients. It had been a total of two weeks with no word from anyone. We continued to have patience as we were assured we were the first to apply and everything was in order. After 2 weeks of not hearing back after continued phone calls we received an email stating that due to high applications they had decided to choose another applicant as ours was not first. Mind you they had assured us we were the first application in line for this property and rental companies are not suppose to take more than one at a time for a property. We waited for two weeks with hope, all for them to turn around and say no without any warning making us believe we would have this space. Therefore leaving us with a total of 15 days to find another property. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is truly interested in renting. If they can not get back to a potential client to fill a space that they are marketing for rent imagine what would happen if something was broken on the property, you would most likely not hear back from them for days. I feel as though they scammed us out of $100 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I know many people renting in this area and I will be sure to recommend any other company than Carolina Property Management LLC. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I hate to leave this because the rest of the reviews seem so nice. And I might’ve just gotten unlucky with the agent we got but she was pretty rude off the bat. Me and my mom are looking to rent a house, we found one we wanted to go see. So my mom made the appointment with Libby Howey, she was late to the appointment. Did not show us around the house at all, just turned the lights on. My mom would try to make conversation and she’d ignore it or just smile. The first words that actually came out of her mouth to have a real conversation were “do you have bad credit?”. I fully understand that credit is a huge matter in renting, but for that to be the very first thing she says after not showing us around and completely brushing off our attempts to have a conversation, it is pretty disrespectful. My mom replied letting her know what her credit looks like and asked her what the requirements are to rent the house. Her answer was “well they don’t like smoking”. My mom thinking she was about to make a list of requirements did not reply, so Libby followed that up with a “so…”. Neither me or my mom had said that we were smokers so that was a little confusing but my mom replied “I do not smoke” to which then she replied saying “they don’t like vaping either”. At that point both me and my mom were honestly confused and a little offended and it was an awkward silence. So my mom decided to end it there and leave. Before leaving, we waited outside to be respectful and say thank you and goodbye to her. She said “thanks” and got in her car and left, you do you but that feels unprofessional to me. It really is a shame because the house is beautiful, it sucks we didn’t get to learn about it.

Moved here in August and everything thing I have needed done they have taken care of. Getting them on the phone can be a little bit of a struggle, but they are great at emails. Definitely been a great company to work with so far.

Edit: of course not cause that's not my real name. Duh it's a color and a Japanese surname. Company refuses to send someone out to fix an electrical issue where over half the house is out. Will leave you for over a week with no power to you kitchen and will not listen when you try to explain what's wrong. Attached are photos of what me and my family have had to do for 2 weeks just to maintain a "livable home" mind you I have a handicap family member with mobility issues and again cpm refuses to get things fixed.

Our stay was amazing! We have been jumping place to place due to a delay in our construction and we wished we had found this place sooner so we could’ve stayed longer! Great location, fully stocked home with everything you’d need, really modern design but cozy at the same time. Very thoughtful and delicious treats that make the stay even better. Nancy was a great host and communication was smooth since minute 1. We will definitely recommend this place for anyone coming in town and will be back if we need another temporary stay. Thanks Nancy for providing us a great home and being an amazing host!

If I could give zero stars I would. They already had a deposit on a property when they ran my application. It's either incompetence or bad faith and neither is good.

Nancy and her property management team are AMAZING!!! As an out of the area owner, I love that I never have to worry about my rental property. Nancy is ON IT. Monthly reports and money is directly deposited into my account. I have never met any of my tenants and never need to. Complaints and maintenance requests go to Nancy and she handles everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who owns a property in the Charlotte area and is tired of dealing with tenants or unresponsive property managers.

Nancy and her team are very caring and treats everyone like a family. If you are looking for a property management company that will care for you, look no further!

Had a rental I hadn't put anything into for 10 years. Carolina Property Management came in and gave me the bad news. I had let the place go. They made suggestions, did the design, chose the contractor, managed the project and got a great tenant for top dollar signed up even before the paint was dry on the walls. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT!!! rent from this company. This is the most disgusting display of Customer Service I have ever dealt with. My apartment burned down on March 18th. I lost everything I owned. The cause of the fire was electrical due to negligence of the owner and proper updates. I waited two months to hear from them...not a word. They blocked me off the portal so I couldn't get any information. They took my security deposit and basically left me and my kids out . They never tried to place me in another home and told me that the money I received from rental insurance should be used to find another home; This coming from someone with no law degree. I could have lost my life, I could have lost my kids. The blatant disregard for me and my family is cruel and unprofessional. I lost memories and things I can never get back. They could care less. I guess because they get to go HOME every night. Just Disgusting.

My partner and I reached out to Showcase Realty after extensive realty research during our plans to move to Charlotte from Memphis. Their responsiveness, kindness, and ease of working were evident from the beginning. We had a wonderful experience working with Savannah Mitchell, our agent. She was always eager to help us during our visits to Charlotte to view homes and quickly got us in to see as many as we could during our short visits. I would highly recommend Savannah Mitchell with Showcase Realty.

Just a fantastic experience. This was a big project involving sensitivities around a hoarder, 2nd lien foreclosure, total rehab, and sale. Project completed on time, hassles overcome, great attitude. We do this all around the US, I can't think of a better realtor experience. More than a realtor, a real strategic partner on a tough project.

Though they have a good bunch of Inventory, the communication of how their program works totally sucks. If you plan to apply, make sure you are applying to the one you really want, not just think the application is just an application that would apply toward any home your interested in. I applied for a home, monthly rent is $1800, not bad, not good either because by the time all fees are applied (non refundable) I was to come up with just over $4800 to move in. NOPE don't think so, if that is the case, I will apply for a home of my own. So the fee you pay to apply ($360, $250 was to go toward 1st months rent, but forfeits if you don't want the home and are looking at a different one), you won't get back unless you are denied (then you only get $250 back). They make it so that everyone is approved so they don't loose any money. All rental companies are highway robbery!!

Very nice and understanding

As a property owner, I rest easy knowing that Nancy and her team thoroughly screen tenants. They even identified someone with a fake ID. Their move-in, move-out inspections are detailed and I appreciate their periodic checks on my property. Great job!

My stay at the Guest House with Carolina Property Management was above my expectations. We had an amazing time in CLT, and the property made us feel so at-home. The entire house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house was comfortable, spacious, clean, and trendy. The host did everything to make sure we had a good stay. I would definitely stay at another property of theirs again!

My agent, Deborah Aitken was incredible. So knowledgeable and so well informed about market trends, specific areas, and real estate overall. I love that she was ALWAYS available and willing to go the extra mile and is not a pushy real estate agent. Hands down among my two best agents I’ve ever worked with in the US - and I have lived in NY, San Diego, LA, and have purchased property in Tampa, South Carolina, and LA.
