I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mary for the exceptional customer service she provided. I was trying to view a property on a Saturday and ran into some issues with my cell phone while attempting to access the codes needed to retrieve the keys. It could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, but Mary was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She stayed on the phone with me, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I was actually able to access the property before ending the call. I never felt rushed, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. What stood out most was her willingness to help and follow up with additional information so I could continue pursuing the property I was interested in. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Mary truly made a positive impression. I’m very grateful for her assistance and wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized. We just started to get random cold calls from this business/number. We have never contacted them in the past and do not know why they are harassing us at least 3+ times per day. There are ways to obtain customers and this is not the way. STOP. Edit: Thanks for the response. Ill revise the number of stars as I dont want to hurt your business. But it looks like a scammer could be using your number as a front to contact folks. I just blocked the number as its been pretty frequent calls.
