I had a good experience with this company while living in their property for a year. However, after moving out, things changed drastically. They tried to charge me outrageous fees, including $725 for touch-up paint, $300 for deep cleaning (even though I left the place as clean as when I moved in), and $89 for HVAC service after I had already vacated. I had to go back and forth with them to dispute these charges, and eventually, they removed them. But during the dispute, they reported a 60-day delinquency on my credit report, which is completely unfair and inaccurate. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Document everything and check your credit report after moving out.
